NDI work with world leading manufacturers to offer a comprehensive range of drywall, insulation, render, partitioning and suspended ceiling materials and systems. We endeavour to continuously develop our already extensive offering to ensure our customers’ needs are always met.

This Apprenticeship programme is aimed at those who are currently in a Sales role within the business. We ran the first cohort back in April 2020 'virtually'. The programme develops existing sales skills as well as supporting our colleagues to learn new ones.
At the end of the programme colleagues will gain the APS Sales Cert. Level 4 and the Sales Executive Apprenticeship Standard.
MyLearning is our online development platform accessible to all colleagues.
It starts with the Onboarding journey and continues throughout, supporting anyone wanting to development new skills. This could be in all different areas of specialisms depending on the individuals needs.
Alongside this we also offer a varied programme of short training courses.

I have been with the company for 10+ years and I’ve been fortunate to see the company grow. This has only happened due to the hard work and dedication of our team and more importantly, understanding and satisfying our customer needs on a daily basis. This has meant seeing our team grow into the professional unit that we are today.
I have been with NDI for almost 8 years working in Sales at our Maidstone branch. I have technical knowledge within insulation which I would consider my expertise, with this I am able to give the best information to our customers regarding the most efficient products to use at the best value. I currently manage one of the largest accounts for the business which I have been doing for the past 5 years. Everday is different working here, the business has a family feeling and I love it.
My role as Sales Manager started with NDI in 2015 and I am extremely privileged to have been given the opportunity to join a fantastic and highly experienced team. Working for NDI isn’t just a “job” for me – I thoroughly enjoy what I do and thrive on the challenges that each day brings. Delivering excellent customer service is what we do better than the rest – and the dedication and hard work of our colleagues is what makes NDI stand out from the crowd. I’m very proud to be part of the NDI family and look forward to the rest of my journey here.
